pointing out that although the Draft estimate for total Expenditure on Extraordinary P.W.D. in 1900 is not much larger than in recent years, we have already sanctioned the appointment of 2 additional Engineers, namely for work in connection with Despatch No. 70 of 12th March on £497. If the new Engineer for building the Law Courts is sanctioned, the total number of Engineers employed will be respectively 5, 4, 12, 6, 3.
